– Vendor needs to provide actuarial audit service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. – Provide actuarial audit of the state–administered retirement systems.– Audit actuaries shall conduct a level 1 full–scope audit of the actuarial work performed by the plan actuaries for the fiscal year 2026 annual valuation and most recent experience study for each of the systems funds covering pensions, health insurance, and life insurance.– Audit actuaries shall collect necessary data from and communicate with the systems, and perform other tasks to conduct a level 1 full–scope actuarial audit of the fiscal year 2026 annual valuation for each of the systems.– Audit actuaries shall prepare and present to a final written report summarizing the actuarial audit of the state–administered retirement systems and the findings as to the reliability of each system’s actuarial assumptions and methods.
