(1) Vendor needs to provide labor training for businesses services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Train and educate employers regarding their rights and obligations regarding federal, state and local labor standards.– Provide a proactive, targeted program of employer training and education to increase employer knowledge.– Contractor, shall include the English and Spanish translation services, if required, for the training services.– Outreach materials.– Program monitoring and evaluation.– Create a culture of labor standards compliance for small businesses.– Address employer's lack of knowledge of labor laws.– Rights and obligations regarding labor standards applicable to them as employers.– Preventing wage theft.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
