(1) Vendor needs to provide credit card processing solution and equipment service.– Required to provide, operate and be consistent with county guidelines and oversight of a payment system to process customer payments for various debt types owed to the county.– Utilize PayPal, Authorize.net or XpressBillpay in order to accommodate Cityworks Cloud portion of the Credit Card Services– Cityworks software; Real–time integration is desired; Cityworks hosts the constituent–facing payment pages, while the payment vendor provides API/SDK payment processing.– Asset Management System (AMS): Tracks infrastructure lifecycles, work orders, inspections, and maintenance schedules.– Permits, Licensing, and Land (PLL): Manages community development workflows, land use, and permitting applications.– Esri ArcGIS Integration: Operates directly on the ArcGIS database without data replication, serving as a unified system of record for spatial assets and operational work.– Provide proposed processing rates for each applicable payment method, including any percentage–based fees, fixed per–transaction fees, and additional processing charges.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
