(1) Vendor needs to provide community based mental health services to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ. – Provide community–based mental health services to students who require support due to dramatic events in their community. – Provide direct supportive services using the following minimum staffing allocation: 2.0 FTE master's level clinicians. • Mental health counseling and crisis intervention: Individual, family, and group clinical and non–clinical trauma–informed counseling.• Scope limits: The vendor shall not prescribe, monitor, or administer psychotropic medication, nor directly treat long–term/severe psychiatric conditions (which require external referrals). • Healthy youth development: Holistic, preventive skill–building activities such as sports, fine arts, vocational education, and service learning.• Information and referral: Maintain an up–to–date directory of local/county/state resources and conduct systematic follow–ups on student referrals.• Recreation and violence prevention: Physical health promotion, field trips, and evidence–based interventions targeting violent behavior, gang activity, gun use, bullying, and dating violence.• Vocational counseling: Resume building, mock interviewing, application assistance, and connections to internships/jobs.• Classroom and faculty support: Classroom mental health presentations for students and training/education for school faculty.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
