CONS-25071 - USA (San Antonio, Texas) - Mowing and Ground Maintenance Service - Deadline November 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mowing and ground maintenance service to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.• provide mowing and ground maintenance services to Affordable Housing Communities– Trash and Debris– The Contractor shall ensure that:– Trash and normal debris will be cleaned out of landscaped areas on each visit.– Clippings and other debris from the landscape crew will be removed immediately• TreesContractor shall ensure that:– Tree canopies will be kept at a determined height allowing easy access around the trees.– All trees on the property with a trunk diameter of eight (8) inches or less shall be provided with a mulch ring of shredded bark at least 48 inches in diameter not including the diameter of the tree trunk or as recommended per property.– All finished cuts shall be clean cuts of the complete branch at its junction with the trunk or next larger branch.– Trees will be inspected for disease or insects on a predetermined (recommended) basis.– All dead or dying branches and twigs up to eight feet from the ground level from any and all trees on the property are removed and legally disposed of.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.
