La présente consultation a pour objet la distribution des périodiques de la Ville de Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine et divers autres supports imprimés ponctuels. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande et marchés subséquents qui prendra effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée d’un an, renouvelable 3 fois par tacite reconduction, pour une durée d’un an, sans pouvoir excéder 4 ans. Il est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 215 999 € H.T.
