(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency standby disaster recovery mitigation and remediation services to the government authority located in Lake Charles, LA.• Remove affected porous material (drywall, insulation, ceiling tile, carpet pad, etc.) and dispose of offsite• Perform interior drying and dehumidification services.• Perform water extraction services.• Provide temporary roofs.• Provide air conditioning to facilities as necessary.• Reasonable, return building/structure to safe conditions by addressing all hazards (gas, electrical, falling, etc.).• All non–utility debris relating to the event/incident shall be staged in a manner supporting offsite disposal.to ensure all mitigation and remediation activities continue should hazardous materials (asbestos, diesel, human waste, etc.) be encountered.• To ensure all mitigation and remediation activities continue should hazardous materials (asbestos, diesel, human waste, etc.) be encountered.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
