(1) Vendor needs to provide technical review and advisory services related to reclamation plans, cyanidation facility permanent closure plans, and associated reclamation cost estimates to the government authority located in Idaho.– Technical review of mine reclamation and cyanidation facility permanent closure plans, cost estimates, and financial assurance documentation including assumptions, methodologies, and supporting documentation.– Identify inconsistencies, omissions, and unsupported assumptions in plans and cost estimates.– Process fluid management and stabilization– Cyanide detoxification and neutralization– Decommissioning and physical closure of cyanidation facilities– Demolition and management of hazardous materials– Reclamation of disturbed areas– Water management and treatment systems– Post–closure and reclamation monitoring and site maintenance(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
