EXTRA-72855 - USA (Hot Springs, Arkansas) - Lot Clearing, Boarding and Securing Structure Service - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide lot clearing, boarding and securing structure service to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.– Lot clearing all sites shall be cleared of all grass, weeds, un–maintained hedges and bushes, tree limbs, small trees, brush, debris, trash, or other unsightly articles.  – Boarding and securing structure all structures determined by the city to be open and vacant shall be secured. – Clear polycarbonate, a minimum of 3/16“ thick, shall be placed over window openings that face directly in a public way.– Boarding specification clear boarding is a polycarbonate board–up system which offers a very unique alternative to using plywood for openings that face the public view.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 31, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7,2026
