RFQ #2026-007 - CMAR Services for Marana Park Water Treatment Facility

The Town of Marana Water Department (Marana Water) seeks to retain the services of a qualified, professional firm (Contractor) to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the Marana Park Water Treatment Facility (WT073). The water treatment facility will be installed to reduce the concentrations of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) with future space allocated to removal of 1,4-dioxane found in groundwater. The Contractor will provide construction services if an acceptable guaranteed maximum price (GMP) is provided by Contractor and accepted by the Town.
