(1) Vendor needs to provide annual christmas decor and lighting installation service to the government authority located in Edwards, CA. – Contractor shall connect power to government owned decorations to 30 streetlight poles not exceeding 25’. – Photos of previous year’s décor example for this year’s installation by contractor. each pole consists of side pole mount christmas decoration and garland wrapped around pole.– Both items will connect to already existing outlets located on top of the light pole.– Contractors shall also ensure proper power requirement for 120–volt led lights and inspect outlet for usage and make minor repairs if required.(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
