(1) Vendor needs to provide process management consultant services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.• ACA reporting: coordinate production of ACA–related reports and filings (e.g., 1094/1095), ensuring data integrity, timeliness and compliance.• Discovery report with current–state process maps and gap analysis.• Master project plan with milestones, dependencies and resource assignments.• SOPs and runbooks for each critical workflow, including controls and escalation paths.• Test plans and results for interfaces and transaction processing changes.• Weekly status reports and KPI dashboard.• Issue log with root cause, remediation, and prevention actions.• RACI matrix and operating calendar for ACA periods and peak cycles.• Eligibility and benefits transactions relating to 1094/1095 eligibility.• Enrolment processing: manage enrolment file changes and testing, including exception handling and recovery procedures.• State and partner interfaces: plan and execute state interface testing for HRP and related systems, with traceability to requirements and test cases.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
