Fire Emergency Vehicle Upfitting Services, Parts and Communication Equipment Installation Services

The City of Anaheim is seeking the services of a qualified specialty company to provide ongoing, as-needed Fire Emergency Vehicle Upfitting Services, Parts, and Communication Equipment Installation Services as outlined in this Invitation for Bid (IFB). This IFB is issued to facilitate an informed and competitive procurement process for the services described in the Scope of Services section (“Services”). The City intends to enter into an agreement with the selected respondent for an initial one-year term, with up to four (4) optional one-year extensions. The final agreement will substantially conform to the terms and requirements stated in the Model Contract included with this solicitation. Any resulting agreement may be subject to approval by the Anaheim City Council and will become effective upon full execution by both parties.
