(1) Vendor needs to provide first responder wellness and resiliency conference services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY.– Provide accommodations and on–site catering services for first responder peer support program 2026 wellness and resiliency conference.– Conference consists of a continental breakfast and buffet–style lunch and four speaker presentations, with pre–event registration starting at 8:00 am.– Provide an indoor space separate and apart from the dining area sufficient to accommodate an arriving crowd for pre–event registration with three tables and six chairs set up.– Provide an area for the AV company to set up their equipment with adequate electrical support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19,2026.
