(1) Vendor needs to provide global meetings, conventions and incentives marketing service.         – Strategic Plan frames our work with three strategic pillars: Brand Marketing, Experience Development, and Tourism Leadership.– Together, they promote holistic destination stewardship and regenerative tourism, supporting agency goal of strengthening tourism economy in ways that align with the priorities and wellbeing of residents, businesses, and visitors.• Resident Sentiment• Visitor Satisfaction• Average Daily Visitor Spending• Total Visitor Expenditures– Develop and implement a Global meetings, conventions, and incentives marketing and Management Plan to drive citywide bookings for the convention center for 2028 and beyond, with an immediate focus on securing business for 2028 and 2029 following its re–opening in 2028.– Develop and execute a Global meetings, conventions, and incentives marketing and Management Plan for single property bookings for 2027 and beyond.– Deploy a dedicated sales team to secure bookings for both citywide and single propertybusiness, and to build and strengthen a network of relationships with meetings, conventions, and incentives customers, including associations, meeting planner organizations, and other relevant groups.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
