CSE-24484 - USA (Abington, Pennsylvania) - Board Room A/V and Camera System Upgrade Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide board room a/v and camera system upgrade service to the government authority located in Abington, PA. – To upgrade our existing board room A/V equipment, and the professional services to install them.– This system is used for conducting and producing public meetings within our board room, livestreaming them to Zoom, and recording and publishing them to our government access channel.• Provide high–definition (HD) cameras for filming our board room meetings. • Provide high quality audio capturing, playback and recording devices. • Provide microphones, both wired and wireless, as well as lapel microphones to make sure all speakers can always be heard and feedback is minimal. • Provide a system for hearing impaired residents to be able to hear everything in the room. • Provide the necessary networking, switches, wiring and routing for the system. • Provide licensing needed for video editing and recording software.• Provide the necessary hardware and software for presentation materials such as PowerPoints or video, and be able to have those materials be seen and heard in the room and on zoom.• The system must have redundant methods of recording video and audio during meetings.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
