(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisory services to assist with bond issuances, refunding activities, analysing any potential opportunities related to our debt and future financing needs to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.• Provide advice to the district on any new issuances, including re–offerings of outstanding issuances that are treated for purposes of the federal securities laws and federal tax laws as new issuances.• Supervise the sale of the municipal securities, cooperate with and assist any selected sole or managing underwriter and its counsel, as well as any disclosure counsel retained by the district, in connection with the preparation of any preliminary or final official statement or offering memorandum.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
