(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste processing, preparing, shipping and transporting service to the government authority located in Kapolei, HI.• Processing, preparing, shipping and transporting of solid waste to a mainland landfill, including any planning, design and installation of equipment required to process and prepare solid waste for shipping, including but not limited to obtaining an Environmental Assessment or Environmental Impact Statement, as necessary and transport the processed solid waste• Inbound units/tonnage report– Monthly units/tonnage broken down as follows:• Type of Material (specific type broken down as follows):o Cumulative inbound units/tonnage for year–to–date broken down as aboveo Outbound tonnage report– Monthly units/tonnage of recovered materials broken down as follows:• By Type of Material• By Use/Market of Material(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 23, 2026.
