(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based financial accounting system.– Cloud–based system infrastructure, implementation and deployment services, and ongoing support for Financial Accounting Systems.– Data Entry and Edit Controls, Data Search, Query, and Display, Document Management, Report Design and Generation, Financial Reporting Capabilities and Report Design/Implementation, Chart of Accounts Design and Management, General Ledger Functionality, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.– Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.– Integrations with external systems and data sources.– Financial Reporting, including generation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for the annual comprehensive financial report.– The new financial accounting system must capture monthly detailed data (investment transactions, account valuations, and associated allocations) from the custodian book of record.– The cloud–based Neospin platform is used as its pension administration system (PAS) for handling all client management and financial activity for the Teachers’ Fund for Retirement (TFFR).– There will be a need for a two–way integration between the Accounting System and a Data Repository and Analysis System.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
