Prisoner Transport

Collin County is soliciting sealed quotes from qualified prisoner transport firms to provide intrastate and interstate prisoner transportation services for the Collin County Sheriff's Office. The intended purpose of this Request for Quote (QUO) is to describe the minimum requirements of the Collin County Sheriff's Office for intrastate and interstate transportation services from a qualified prisoner transport firm to pick-up prisoners from any location within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, provide security for these prisoners and bring them to Collin County or return them to their original pick-up location. See Attachment A for FY2024, FY2025 & FY2026 YTD transport history, provided for informational purposes only and not as a guarantee of future service volume.
