(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based infographic, report design, and multimedia content and strategy service. • Develop an innovative web–based report integrating content from the written report, to provide infographic design for both the written and web–based reports, and provide digital content and strategy for a multi–media campaign (including social media) to be implemented by the state to publicize and educate on key aspects of the reports.• The web–based Report will include interactive maps, guidance documents and be accessible while conveying key information from the Report.• Design and support publishing an innovative web–based version of the Report, integrating written and technical content from the draft written Report and linked to or integrated into existing state website(s).• Develop images, maps, figures, infographics and other digital elements to be integrated in the written and web–based Reports• Develop a multi–media strategy and produce digital content, including imagery, video, infographics, and engaging language for a multi–media campaign to be implemented by the state for engaging a broad range of users through social media and legacy media outlets.• Capture or gather video and photo images to be used in the multi–media campaign and Report, ensuring legal use of video and images by the State.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 6, 2026.
