(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial buildings demolition and site restoration services to the government authority located in Peoria, IL.– Complete demolition, removal of all materials, backfill to existing grade, and site restoration for the commercial buildings.– The demolition work may include incidental ACM, PCB, lead containing materials, or other hazardous materials.– All materials actively being demolished and any debris being moved at the site shall be wetted at all times to reduce release of dust from the site.– Recyclable material recovery of materials with monetary value is encouraged and shall be credited in overall price.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026.
