DRA-11710 - USA (Conway, South Carolina) - Flood Mapping, Mitigation and Forecasting Program Services - Deadline October 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide flood mapping, mitigation and forecasting program services to the government authority located in Conway, SC.– Improve flood–risk planning, emergency response, development review, regulatory policy, and capital investment.– The Program shall integrate watershed–scale hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood–hazard mapping, near–real–time forecasting, targeted regulatory assistance, and a prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP).– The primary Program deliverable shall be a secure, web–based, user–friendly dashboard—not a traditional paper report.– The Consultant shall inventory existing models and document their purpose, coverage, software version, terrain, inputs, boundary conditions, calibration, limitations, and suitability for integration.– Data gaps shall be identified with recommendations for survey, monitoring, or verification.– Analyses shall evaluate combinations of local rainfall and receiving–water conditions rather than assuming that local rainfall frequency and receiving–water frequency occur simultaneously or have equivalent annual exceedance probabilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
