27-RFP-689082-TJL Paratransit Overflow Services

Bi-State Development (BSD) d/b/a Metro (�Metro�) is seeking qualified firms to provide supplemental, on-call ADA paratransit overflow transportation services in support of Metro Call A Ride. These services will be used to accommodate demand that exceeds Metro�s in-house paratransit capacity, including but not limited to subscription trips, peak demand periods, same-day service needs, service disruptions, vehicle shortages, or other operational constraints. The resulting contract(s) will be non-exclusive. Metro may assign trips to one or more contracted providers and retains full discretion over trip assignment volumes.
