(1) Vendor needs to provide structural engineering services including planning, design, analysis, and construction phase support to the government authority located in Houston, TX.• Feasibility studies and concept design for potential port projects• Site investigation and evaluations and analysis as required to design all elements in the project scope• Recommendations for infrastructure improvements that support port operations including repairs based on Facility Inspection and Condition Assessment Program results, or field investigations• Review of tenant or stevedore wharf load requests that require structural engineering analysis• Review of existing Port Houston published wharf load ratings and provide technical memorandum of analysis and recommendations• Design repairs, structural members, or analysis of crane loads or wharf load requests for Port infrastructure• Detailed engineering design services for port infrastructure, including plans, layouts, and construction cost estimates• Final design engineering services, including all interim deliverables, required to develop and seal for construction(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
