Description
Serviciile care fac obiectul prezentului contractului constau în furnizarea de servicii specializate pentru analiza, proiectarea, dezvoltarea, testarea, implementarea, instruirea, migrarea datelor din aplicațiile existente și asigurarea mentenanței pentru Portalul de Servicii Electronice Integrate pentru Cetățeni și Mediul de Afaceri (PSEI-CMA), destinat utilizării de către cele 16 autorități publice locale partenere în proiect. Obiectivul principal al serviciilor este realizarea unei soluții informatice interoperabile, scalabile și prietenoase cu utilizatorul, care să permită furnizarea eficientă a serviciilor publice în format digital și reducerea semnificativă a interacțiunilor fizice dintre cetățeni/entități și administrația locală.
