The Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Türkiye - Transforming Power Transmission System Project (TPTS) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for 154 kV Antalya – Göksu Underground Cable Connection (DB.KAB.22). 2 . The Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of following Work: Supply of Goods (154 kV cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated power cables and accessories, fiber optic cables and accessories), testing, transport, delivery, services required at customs and storage at site, engineering and design services, complete erection, construction, installation, supervision, commissioning, site testing and handing over in satisfactory operating condition including repair works for 7 years after Provisional Acceptance of 154 kV Antalya - Göksu Underground Cable Connection Works. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated September 2023”, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
