CSE-24162 - USA (Tracy, California) - Technical Study and Design of Security Systems - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide technical study and design of security systems to the government authority located in Tracy, CA.– Identify the possible threat analysis including unauthorized entry, physical damage, cyber–attacks on SCADA systems, and natural disasters by coordinating with Public Works Operations, Police Department and IT Department.– Recommend security measures Physical barriers, CCTV, Cyber security controls by coordinating with police department and IT Department.– Develop Emergency response plan procedures for cyber–attacks, physical damage, and natural disasters by coordinating with Department of homeland security authority and police departments.– Check applicable codes, regulations, and restrictions governing the recommendation.– Attend coordination meetings/workshops with City staff to discuss analysis of the existing security system and recommendations.– Prepare security system design plans for the infrastructure improvements to be installed. The plans should include but not limited to device symbols legend, block diagrams, network diagrams along with IP address schema, equipment installation details, device locations, Site/floor plans etc.
