(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud‑based affiliation agreement and clinical placement management system for school of nursing.– Cloud‑based system configured to support agency specific workflows, data model, and role‑based access needs, and to function as the authoritative system of record for all affiliation agreement and clinical placement data– System to track and manage affiliation agreements and to serve as the system of record for planning, securing, tracking, and reporting on clinical placements for multiple nurse practitioner programs.– Integration services and/or APIs to enable secure, automated data exchange between the new system– Training, documentation, and ongoing support for all relevant user groups, including staff, faculty, and administrators– Solution must function as the authoritative, auditable system of record for all clinical placement data, including students, sites, preceptors, placements, onboarding status, and affiliation agreements.– Robust ESR Integration– End–to–End Placement Workflow Management– Integrated Onboarding, Compliance, and Affiliation Agreement Tracking(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
