(1) Vendor needs to provide health assisted outpatient treatment services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. – Provide Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) is a civil court–ordered program that mandates community–based mental health treatment in an effort to stabilize individuals suffering from severe mental illness.– Program aims to assist individuals who struggle with voluntary psychiatric treatment adherence by providing mandatory treatment with the ultimate goal of reducing psychiatric hospitalization, criminalization, and other negative outcomes related to unmet mental health needs.– Psychiatric Evaluation – A psychiatric evaluation must be completed by a physician, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, psychologist, or medical psychologist.– Petition – The petition begins the AOT enrollment process and outlines the main reasons for the request for AOT services.– Hearing – A civil court judge conducts a hearing to determine whether the individual meets the legal requirements for enrollment in AOT services.– Court order – If the judge concludes that the individual has met the threshold for AOT, a civil court judgement to AOT is issued.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
