DES-2688 - USA (Waukee, Iowa) - Document Destruction Services - Deadline September 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction services to the government authority located in Waukee, IA. – Services shall include the secure collection, transportation, destruction, recycling, disposal, documentation, and reporting associated with confidential and non–confidential records.– Services may be performed either on–site using mobile shredding equipment or off–site at a secure destruction facility, as directed.– Provide cross–cut, micro–cut, or equivalent destruction methods that meet or exceed NAID AAA Certification requirements and applicable federal destruction standards.– Provide document destruction services that comply with IRS publication 1075 requirements.– Offer on–site shredding, off–site shredding, or both, as requested.– Security and chain of custody.– Equipment and collection containers.– Scheduling and pickup services.– Reporting and documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
