(1) Vendor needs to provide catering services for training and technical assistance center events to the government authority located in Storrs, CT. – Catering service providers to deliver high–quality meals and refreshments for training events and workshops serving transportation professionals and public works employees.– These events are coordinated by the university’s training and technical assistance center and are held at various locations throughout the state.– Preparation and delivery of meals and refreshments– Menu options for breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments– Setup of food service areas at the event location– Provision of all necessary serving equipment (e.g., chafing dishes, utensils, serving ware)– Maintenance of appropriate food temperatures during transport and set up (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9, 2026; (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026
