(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based artificial intelligence (ai) workforce development and training service. • SaaS Delivery: The platform must be a 100% web–based, Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) application requiring no local software installation on Government computers• Self–paced learning: all training must be structured for self–paced, on–demand learning, allowing individual users to log in, pause, resume, and complete training modules independently.• Progress tracking & quizzes: the platform must include built–in assessment mechanisms (e.g., lesson quizzes, knowledge checks, or practical exercises) to verify user comprehension before granting completion certificates.• Administrative Dashboard: The platform must provide designated G–6 administrators with direct dashboard access• Generative AI & large language models (LLMS): concepts of generative text, image, and data models, with instruction on their capabilities, limitations, and operational benefits.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5)
