(1) Vendor needs to provide abatement and demolition services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Includes building systems, built in cabinetry, and all other materials comprising the building envelope and contents. – Storage units are to be demolished with the building.– Flooring: Flooring material including, but not limited to, carpet, sheet vinyl, vinyl tile, ceramic or porcelain tile, subflooring, adhesives, glues, and mastics must be removed from slabs.– Lighting: Fluorescent lamps, ballasts and lighting controls containing lead solder such as in electronic control boards must be disposed of as universal waste.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
