Vendor needs to provide employee assistance services to the government authority located in New Jersey. – To provide an Employee Assistance Program for approximately 150 Commission employees and their families.– Employee Assistance Program services focusing on the areas of mental health, substance abuse and intervention services.– Provide evaluation and short–term problem resolution services for 1 – 6 sessions for Commission employees and their dependent family members. – Provide evaluation and counseling to Commission employees mandated to agency by Commission management. – Provide emergency evaluation and referral as needed during working hours, and information regarding access to services after normal hours of business. – Provide Critical Incident Debriefing (CID) services, as needed. – Conduct orientation and training sessions for all eligible employees. – Provide supervisory training workshops annually. – Prepare a supervisory guide/reference manual to be utilized in the annual supervisory training workshop. – Consult with Commission designees in drafting or revising a policy statement pertaining to the program, if necessary. – Provide brochures, supervisory guides, and promotional materials to Human Resources. – Submit, on a quarterly basis, statistical summaries as to the utilization of the program to the Director or Assistant Director, Human Resources. – Provide a list of educational in–service workshops to Human Resources from which a maximum of four (4) workshops may be selected per year by the Commission
