RECY-7632 - USA (Westchester, New York) - Condition Assessment Services for the Recycling and Processing Facility - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide condition assessment services for the recycling and processing facility to the government authority located in Westchester, NY.a. Security & Fire Alarm System;b. All Drainage Systems;c. All electrical and mechanical systems, including lighting, heating, and stairwells;d. Review of all pre–cast and cast concrete structures for deterioration;e. Review of pre–cast flange connectors and floor joints;f. Review & overall analysis of structural integrity; andg. Analysis of corrosion protection coatings to all metal and miscellaneous materials– Provide an anticipated construction cost for implementation as well as a possible estimate of construction duration, to be submitted electronically for deficiencies noted.– Review draft assessment report with Village of Mamaroneck stakeholders during a virtual meeting to discuss before the deliverable before it is finalized.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
