(1) Vendor needs to provide bus stop design services to the government authority located in Mankato, MN.– providing a written justification for each new stop location based on ADA accessibility, pedestrian connectivity, safety considerations, ridership potential, and stop spacing for operational efficiency.– Preliminary field visits to each of the 15 preselected bus stops and the vendor recommended stop locations is required to determine best location for new stops and checks on existing ADA grades of existing stops.– Existing infrastructure and amenities.– Right–of–way constraints and property considerations.– Photographic documentation of each site.– Pedestrian connectivity and access routes.– Sidewalk width, cross slope, and running slope. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31,2026.
