(1) Vendor needs to provide renovate two existing restrooms service to the government authority located in Aging, NM.• Planning, Permitting and ReadinessIdentify completed planning and design, remaining activities and the parties responsible.– Renovations of $225,000 or less: Planning and design may not be necessary depending on scope. Explain the basis for the determination. Permits may still be necessary and must be identified.– Renovations greater than $225,000: Attach proof of completed planning and design appropriate to the proposed renovation.– New additions: Attach proof of completed planning and design for the construction included in the request.– If planning and design are incomplete, identify that work as the initial phase rather than presenting renovation or construction as ready to proceed.– Planning and design documentation may include assessments, environmental testing, engineering evaluations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates and other applicable preconstruction documents.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
