The Applicant seeks both Internet Access and Data Transmission (WAN) circuits in this Form 470. The Applicant requests that interested service providers include separate pricing for Internet Access, WAN circuits, and bundled Internet Access with WAN circuits. Preference will be given to a service provider that is able to provide both the internet and WAN service. The Applicant seeks Internet Access and a Data Transmission Services. We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 200 Mbps scalable to 1 Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the Applicants head-end located at the Lost River Career Center, 600 Elm Street, Paoli, Indiana, 47454 beginning July 1, 2027. Please provide laddered pricing in 100 Mbps increments in all bids and contracts. Bidders are advised that this project will be contingent upon the successful obtaining of E-Rate funding, and the contract agreement between the Applicant and the selected vendor must recognize that contingency. We will require 4+/- public IPv4 addresses. Please provide individual or block pricing for additional addresses to account for potential growth during the term of the contract. You may also provide optional pricing for the technical equivalent number of IPv6 addresses. WAN SERVICES Lost River Career Cooperative (Applicant) seeks to lease lit network capacity to provide an eligible Standalone Data Transmission (WAN) Service between its eligible sites and its network head-end, located at the Lost River Career Center, 600 Elm Street, Paoli, Indiana, 47454 beginning July 1, 2027. Bidders are advised that this project will be contingent upon the successful obtaining of E-Rate funding and an Applicant-issued Notice to Proceed, and the contract agreement between the Applicant and the selected vendor must recognize that contingency. Sites to be connected to the head-end are: Lost River Career Cooperative Annex, 610 Elm Street, Paoli, Indiana, 47454. In each building, the selected vendor will demarc the service in an existing network closet to be designated by the Applicant. Refer to building maps for locations of current service entrance points and desired demarcation points. Building maps may be requested via e-mail to the contact listed herein. For security purposes, this is the only way to obtain these maps. Your proposal should include pricing options for 100 to 1000 Mbps connections in increments of 100 Mbps between the endpoint site and the head-end site and should allow for service level changes to be made to any location during the term of the contract. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS The Applicant seeks a 3-year contract with up to two optional voluntary one-year extensions; other terms will be considered; other terms will be considered. Extension terms and pricing must be spelled out in the proposal. Open-ended, automatically renewing, or "evergreen" terms are not acceptable and will not be considered responsive. The contract shall be subject to the laws of the state in which services are provided, and any provision to the contrary is void. The Applicant will not accept terms requiring it to indemnify the Service Provider against the Service Provider's own negligence or misconduct. QUESTIONS No informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled. Any questions related to the technical aspects of this document should be directed to Ms. Mary Anne Knapp, Director of Career and Technical Education at mknapp@lrcc.k12.in.us, no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on 9-11-2026.
