(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based training development service.– The website will function across operating systems, web browsers, and devices.– Develop a web–based provider training platform– Provide real–time support during the ongoing use of COPEWeb during the comparison trial.– Develop and support COPEWeb, as detailed within the above–mentioned objectives.    – Develop SQL database on the backend of the application.   – Web–based application.– Design and storyboard UI/UX.• Required features of the dashboard system: – Create digital and graphic design elements to support learning.– Create interactive learning activities.– Create interactive content and activities.– Login page. – Home page.– Modules pages.– Resources pages.– FAQs page.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
