Vendor needs to provide k–3 instructional aide coaching and support service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, WV. – To provide ongoing training, coaching, and implementation support for K–3 instructional aides as part of the district’s implementation.– To build the capacity of K–3 instructional aides to effectively support students in foundational literacy and mathematics skills. – Provider will work collaboratively with instructional aides, classroom teachers, school administrators, and central office staff to strengthen implementation and maximize the impact of instructional support for students.– Provider will provide coaching and implementation support from October 2026 through May 2027 across six school sites.• Conduct monthly on site visits to each of the six participating schools. • Maintain flexibility within the project schedule for additional coaching visits or flex days based on identified needs. • Observe instructional aides working with students and provide actionable feedback related to implementation of the district’s agency foundational skills plan. • Regularly solicit feedback from instructional aides, classroom teachers, school administrators, and central office staff to identify strengths, challenges, and emerging support needs. • Develop individual and group coaching plans based on observations, implementation data, and feedback. • Provide job embedded coaching, modeling, feedback, and problem–solving support to instructional aides. • Reinforce effective implementation of foundational literacy and mathematics practices aligned.• Support instructional aides in understanding their role within Tier I instruction, intervention, small group instruction, and individualized student support. • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to ensure instructional aide support is aligned with classroom instruction and identified student needs. • Work in conjunction with school administrators and central office staff to monitor implementation, identify areas requiring additional support, and adjust coaching plans as needed. • Assist the district in building sustainable capacity so that effective practices continue beyond the project period.
