Vendor needs to provide formal internal control framework establishing service to the government authority located in Savannah, GA. – Establish and implement a formal internal control framework consistent with the current identified standards (GAO Standards for Internal Control (Green Book).– The engagement, titled, “Revenue Department Remediation”, will address governance, internal control structure, systems alignment, process standardization, and workforce capability gaps identified to strengthen operational integrity, compliance oversight, and performance accountability.• Develop standardized priority SOPs aligned with internal control requirements and policies• Develop process mapping of workflows and handoffs• Define escalation pathways and accountability structures
