DISPOS-9496 - USA (Santa Barbara, California) - Solids Removal, Transportation and Management Service - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide solids removal, transportation and management service to the government authority located in Santa Barbara, CA. – The Contractor shall furnish all applicable land, permits, labor, materials, facilities, machinery, utilities, equipment, and appurtenances as required to provide the removal, transportation and beneficial reuse and/or disposal of solids.– Take responsible charge of 100% of the solids produced from Cater.– Responsible for providing operational, well–maintained tractors and trailers, qualified drivers and any other necessary personnel and equipment required for the transportation of solids.– Perform tarping and untarping of the trailers and perform any load shifting necessary to comply with on–road axle weight limits.– Obtain and/or maintain in effect, all necessary licenses, permits and other approvals legally required in order to perform the described services.– Maintain complete and correct daily records of solids management activities.– Provide copies of all correspondence with regulatory agencies concerning solids management.– Provide facilities to ensure management of solids during periods of inclement weather in accordance with all applicable permits, regulations and best management practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026.
