(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accountant services to the government authority located in Holyoke, MA.– Review and provide adjusting journal entries for the following accounting books and records.– Provide computerized financial statements for each program.– Monthly comparatives for conventional developments, and leased housing programs.– Year–end financial reports in accordance with accounting guidelines.– Review all bank statements as an independent check on authority staff.– Assist in preparation of performance funding system (PFS).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
