(1) Vendor needs to provide continuing legal education services and web–based enterprise learning platform.– Provide a secure, commercial, web–based enterprise learning platform that delivers live and on–demand CLE–accredited training for HUD attorneys, paralegals, and other authorized personnel.– Solution shall support approximately 650 authorized users and include user administration, CLE credit tracking, certificates of completion, reporting capabilities, customer support, and related subscription services– Provide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year online access to legal education content– Ensure platform accessibility nationwide– Provide a secure, web–based platform accessible through standard commercial internet browsers(2) The contract period will be for one year.
