(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive staffing and program execution services to the government authority located in Lexington, SC. – Provide comprehensive staffing and program execution services funded through the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grant program.– Capable of supplying high–quality personnel to execute academic enrichment, youth development, and family engagement services for eligible students.– Provide sufficient, qualified personnel to facilitate the after–school program at the designated locations.– Programs generally operate from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, on regular school days.– Identify, recruit, and enrol a minimum of 60 eligible students per site per year.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
