We are seeking managed internal broadband services by a 3rd party who will own all equipment and school will lease all eligible equipment in order to support full Broadband connectivity that is capable of supporting 1:1 students devices as well as all administrative duties of the staff. Vendor is responsible for supplying all necessary eligible equipment: including but not limited to: Racks, Wireless Access points, Routers, Caching, Firewall services and firewall components separate from basic firewall protection provided as standard component of a vendors internet access service, Switches, Uninterruptible Power supply (UPS)/Battery back up (including installation and configuration of the WLAN and LAN), then subsequently providing installation, activation, and initial configuration management, operation, and monitoring of all eligible components. As well as Software supporting the eligible components used to distribute high speed broadband. Implementation of contract is contingent on a positive funding commitment. Our Admin building is a NIF-which is not Category 2 eligible. However, we would like a bid for that as well with the Mandatory walk-through. Any bids that did not participate in the walk-through will not be considered. We prefer Vendors to submit Bids for all 3 locations Disqualifying Factors: The applicant reserves the right to reject late submission after 9:00 am EST on the 29th day after 470 is posted or use of a submission method other than the method stated in this RFP Missing or invalid SPIN or inability to participate in E-Rate. Failure to disclose required assumptions, exceptions, recurring costs, one-time costs, or bundled components. Material deviation from mandatory requirements without a clearly stated exception. Vendors need to attend mandatory walk-through to submit a bid -for Category 2.
