(1) Vendor needs to provide finance and accounting temporary services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.1. Interim leadership and management:– Interim controller, accounting manager, finance manager, treasury and cash manager, grants manager, or comparable roles; close management; audit coordination; policy and procedure support; reconciliation review; and corrective–action support.2. General ledger and financial reporting:– Month–end and year–end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial statements, schedules, budget–to–actual reports, audit workpapers, and implementation of standardized close processes.3. Mixed–finance and real–estate accounting:– Mixed–finance, project–based voucher, development, partnership, management–company, and component–unit accounting, including lender/investor reporting support when applicable.4. Transaction processing:– Accounts payable, receivables, tenant accounting, landlord/vendor payments, payroll support, procurement payment documentation, bank and balance–sheet reconciliations, and fixed assets.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
