(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.• Provide a wide range of legal services relative to Human Resources and Personnel related matters.• The Attorney shall attend agency or other meetings, tending to all personnel relatedmatters that may arise such as Union contract negotiations, grievances, arbitration, and Human rights filing by employees and such other additional work.• Employment issues, including personnel rules, discrimination, and wrongful terminationclaims; workers’ compensation and compliance with agency requirements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
