Vendor needs to provide recycling and waste facility liquid transport services to the government authority located in Oroville, CA. • Operate Monday through Friday during recycling and waste facility operating hours 7:00AM –4:00PM.• Operators, trucks, trailers–min. 5,000 gallons, lock hoses, trailers shall be self–loading (i.e., vacuum) and other equipment as necessary to provide and perform services.• Provide, maintain, and utilize spill clean–up equipment and supplies consistent with all applicable regulations and industry best practices.• Removal of liquid from this impoundment will be the exclusive focus of this liquid transport contract and shall proceed at variable rates of daily disposal until the monetary threshold of the agreement is met, or the timeframe of the agreement is met, or as otherwise directed by the county.• Truck and trailers may be left on–site near the loading areas overnight if a contractor wishes to perform auxiliary pumping and storage to speed turn–around time. Contractor assumes responsibility for any theft or damage for their items left at the site.
